Best High PG E Juices of 2021: Reviews of PG E-Liquids
PG stands for propylene glycol, and it is one of the main ingredients in modern-day e-juices. It is an odorless, colorless liquid that is commonly found in many everyday items like cosmetics, medicines, and even food products.
The liquid has a watery consistency, because of this it carries flavorings and liquid nicotine better than its opposite, vegetable glycerin. Vapers who want a vaping experience similar to smoking, prefer high-PG e-juices for these reasons. High PG e-liquids also have the advantage of being less damaging to vaping gear like coils and vape tanks.

Coffee-lovers can fall on two sides of a divide. They either love the robust flavor and aroma of black coffee, or they prefer a sweeter drink with some other flavors. The Vanilla Volt Vape Juice from VaporFi is for those who love their coffee strong, and unadorned. The intense smell and taste of this e-juice will be enough to please the most discerning coffee drinker.
The thing about this single-note e-liquid is that vapers can add so many other flavors, like at a real coffee shop. The e-juice then becomes much more than a coffee-based experience. Vanilla Volt Vape Juice comes in max VG, 50/50, 70/30, and max VG VG/PG options. For each ratio, there are several nicotine options, ranging from 0mg, all the way to 18mg and 36mg. It can come in either a 30 or 60ml bottle.
Menthol Freeze delivers what its name promises: a hard, icy kick of mint. The frigid, but the refreshing blast of mint is what propels this e-juice to such extremes. There is no mistaking the first inhale for anything other than a polar vortex of ice and menthol.
Vapers, who were once smokers, will instantly recognize and rave about the intensity of this menthol e-juice. The juice comes in high-PG, as well as even PG/VG blends, but no matter the preference, the flavor always comes through.
Menthol Freeze can also come in a max VG variety and has various nicotine strengths for each blend. The 50/50 mixture has five different concentrations ranging from 0mg to 18mg.
The 70/30 mix has seven starting at 0mg and going all the way to 36mg. The max VG option also has five strengths starting at 0mg and going to 18mg. Bottle sizes go from 30ml to 60ml.

With a name like God Nectar, this e-juice can sound intimidating. But it is very easy-going. This high PG concoction from Bad Drip Labs is their take on all the best tropical flavors. It blends the serene and sweet essences of passion fruit, mangoes, and guava into one e-juice.
On the first inhale, vapers will wade into paradise on a cloud of sugary goodness. In the end, the trip ends with a slight touch of citrus, as the orange flavor profile emerges. The entire medley of ripened, juicy fruit flavors tops off with a sunny, satisfying exhale.
God Nectar is a high-PG e-juice (70/30) that comes in a 60ml bottle. Nicotine strengths range from 0mg to 3mg to 6mg.
Cucumber. Yes, cucumber is now a vape juice flavor. The master blenders at Mig Vapor decided to help anyone who is not eating enough veggies and offer this rare, vegetable-based e-juice. And how many other vape juice makers can offer that?
The crunchy, refreshing crispness of a freshly-cut cucumber is not exactly what this e-juice offers. For that, vapers will have to eat the real thing. This e-juice leans more toward an airy, almost flavorless, texture that is not matched by any other e-juice out there. It breathes in and out, effortlessly. There is a small throat hit, and it is utterly devoid of harshness.
This e-juice comes in six different nicotine strengths, starting at 0mg and going up to 50mg. It is available only in a 30ml bottle, and a 70/30 PG/VG ratio.

In-depth PG E-liquid Information
WHAT IS PG VAPE JUICE?
So what does the PG mean in vape juice? PG stands for propylene glycerol and that can be found in a variety of food, medical, and even pharmaceutical products. Whereas VG (vegetable glycerin) e-liquid has a thick and oil-like consistency, PG vape juices are much less viscous and closely resembles water. Because of this watery consistency PG e-liquid is easier for the atomizer to work with, resulting in a stronger throat hit. VG vape juice is much denser and will produce a lot more vapor at the cost of flavor clarity.
Both forms of vape juice have their advantages and disadvantages, so there are many blends available that utilize a specific ratio of PG to VG. A blend that is mostly PG will be more flavorful, deliver a smooth throat hit, and still produce an impressive amount of vapor.
It is up to personal preference as to which of these e-liquids are superior, but PG has quite a few advantages over its VG counterpart.
The Pick of the Litter
All these high PG e-juices have something unique to offer (cucumber, anyone?). They also all please in different ways. From the robust coffee-flavor of Double Espresso to the refreshing sunniness of God Nectar, these e-juices all deserve their place here. But there is one that has won over almost everyone here at Vaping Daily.
It should come as no surprise (well, maybe a little surprise) that Cucumber is the favorite from among the competition. It has a single flavor profile that is hard to define, but that is what is so appealing about it, the mystery. The Cucumber e-juice does not taste just like cucumber, but leaves it to the imagination, which is, coupled with the fact that it gives a nice throat hit, and is so refreshing, makes it a winner.
