What vape accessories are essential?
For any device, no matter is it dry herb vaporizer, vape pen or box mod, there are three accessories that are a must-have are:
- USB charging cables
- Batteries
- Battery charger
No device can continue functioning without either of these accessories. Once this need is met, accessories can start to become more personal and individualized rather than practical and functional.
Should I get vape accessories?
Vape accessories like the ones listed above are essential. Depending on what kind of vaping is involved, other accessories — like tanks, coils, and e-juice for box mod and e-liquid vapers — are also necessary.
Anything else is entirely up to the consumer. If someone enjoys accessorizing their other personal, electronic devices then they will do the same with their vaping devices. If someone is the opposite and uses their devices as they come, then they will not see the need for accessories.
What kind of vaping device needs the most accessories?
High-wattage box mods and rebuildable atomizers (RBAs) are the vaping devices that most use/need accessories. Box mods are incredibly complex, top-level units that require much more care and effort to be put into them than a disposable e-cig or vape pen.
A box mod itself requires batteries (or not, it can have built-in batteries as well) and/or a USB charger. Box mods need tanks, which is an accessory in and of itself. Tanks, to use one example, can be tricked out with glass expander tubes to increase e-juice capacity, different coils of varying resistances and materials, and even use different drip tips/mouthpieces. Rebuildable tanks (RTAs, RDAs, RBAs) are DIY devices that require their own set of supplies, like tools (tweezers, pliers), wires, wick material (cotton, silica, steel mesh), and ohms readers, all of which are crucial to their use and maintenance.
Are vape accessories expensive?
They are, and they are not. One cup of coffee is not expensive, but buy one every morning for a year, and they add up.
The same goes for vape accessories. Again, everything depends on what kind of vaping is involved. Generally, e-cigs and vape pens do not need a lot of accessorizing because of their straightforward setups. Dry herb and concentrates device can use a whole range of attachments from glass water pipes, different kind of atomizers and mouthpieces. Not to mention maintenance supplies like cleaning and loading tools, isopropyl alcohol and glass or silicone containers for your materials. Box mods, as has been already discussed, are the devices most prone to accessorization, just try not to go overboard.
Vapes need accessories
Vapes and vape accessories go hand in hand. The same can be said, though, of almost any electronic device that is used on a daily basis. Vape accessories can keep your vaping device in tip-top shape, make it perform even better, make it great to look at, or make it another device entirely. The best accessories achieve all these points. Accessories can also make vaping much more relaxed, like a practical, sturdy, reliable e-juice bottle like the Chubby Gorilla or the LUC V4 charger.
Whatever the case, finding the best vape accessories means finding the accessory that both supports a device and makes it that much more enjoyable to use.
