    This place has horrible customer service. My Aegis x was broke out of the box. Sent it back and haven’t heard anything since. Been two months!!!! Do not recommend using them for anything.

    Direct Vapor has the worst customer service.. They were terrible. I paid 30.00 for overnight shipping but it took them 6 days to ship.

    Direct Vapor is horrible. I purchased my items & paid for expedited shipping. My order has been listed by direct vapor as being packed for five business days now with no response to my already posted three different customer service inquiries.

    The best part is I was not notified prior to my purchase that there may be delays due to Clovid-19. This I can understand but direct vapor also stated that a delay of 24 max 48 hours on expedited orders, again five business days and no response from customer service.

    If you want to purchase something & wait to weeks for your order to be picked, prior to shipping with no response form direct vapor at all with an additional lead time of one week delivery after paying for expedited shipping than this is the site for you. Good luck!

    Direct vapor has always screwed things up.
    I ordered a new Coil for my TFV8 cloud beast and the one I ordered was out of stock, but they never told me…. six days later I check on my order and all the website tells me is that shipment is “pending”
    I Call in to discover what they should have todl me themselves. I ask what other coil I could get as replacement, not knowing their offerings and model numbers by heart. She suggest a few and I pick one.
    Turns out the model I picked is not at all compatible with my tank. She offered me something that does not work with the tank I have.
    I am at work and I cant be calling and on hold with them for another 10 minutes to be serviced.

    I ordered some vape juice and a eleaf icare mod in August 2018. They said the vape juice was no longer available and that they would mail when they had it. It is now November. I asked for a refund and they would not do it.
    The eleaf icare mini stopped working in September. They said they would send me new coils to make sure it wasnt the coils even though I tried 2 other coils I had and the thing still wouldnt work. They never mailed the coils. Now they wont replace my mini because its out of warranty. Total crap. Dont order from this company!!

    Bought an I priv with 2 5 packs of coils. 3 60ml of juice plus an iblu with 5 packs of I get my package with a hole in the side of the box. Don’t know why. Then it doesn’t come with my 10 coils just 2 desperate coils plus only 2 60ml juice not 3. Not happy, couldn’t get my items back. Huge scam do not trust

    Worst customer service ever!!! I purchase coils and thought I would try juice and some how a tank was added onto my order and I was never even looking at tanks so I called customer service to get it off my order since I had just placed the order. They for one left me on hold for 15 minutes and then told me they couldn’t just take it off my order they had to give me a refund and it would be 5-7 days before it’s back on my account. Then after all that I had to call back because apparently the Blu ecig was added X’s 2 so again I was told to hold for 15 minutes then told I would have to return the product and then get a refund for the items. I was not willing to do this and said their system was acting up that night and was multiplying all the items I added, they then provided me with a refund for only one after a half hour of back and forth. Now I’m paying for an ecig I won’t even use. This business is no longer getting my service and go to stop my orders that are on automatic ship and what do you know I have to freaking call again, ughhhh!!!

    I thought I read a review that stated someone at directvapor had used their credit card illegally for a purchase from another company and shipped to another state. I believe the same thing happened to me. My card was illegally used but rejected within days of my directvapor purchase. Then, 2 months later it was illegally used and product sent to Colorado per company. I live in NY.

    Bought items from this online and recived half the order and still to this day have not recived the rest of the order and no refund. They are trying to tell me they gave me a refund already and according to my bank no refund was sent through. And to top it off when they show me the transaction side on vape side they authorized additional charge of 75. and keep saying they refunded it even though I provided my statements showing they havent

    I agree with the previous poster. Horrible customer service. I placed an order on Tuesday. Created an account – of course verified my age. Paid $7.95 for 2 day shipping. Got an email that said I needed to verify my age. At first I argued with that but went ahead and RE – verified my age. Couple of days later my order is still on hold. It wanted me to verify my age. Ok I did it again. A week later it still wasn’t shipped. I went to customer support and asked for a refund of the $7.95. Deaf ears. I told the guy they must have a faulty age verification system but again deaf ears. Their prices are not great. I ordered from them because I was looking for a specific product. So don’t order from them unless you don’t care whether you get your order in a timely manner. Don’t pay for the expedited shipping because it won’t be. I’m wondering whether they actually don’t keep stock and actually order the product when they get an order.

    Yeah nah dont use them, sure they have alot of stuff but i put in an order an it was $150 including shipping but $197 came out of my account. Emailed them about it and their saying it could be duty taxes…. If a total order is X amount they cant go taking out more then that. Cheeky, wont use again

    Left a review earlier on the Eleaf pico which is great. Now im leaving one for direct vapor where I got my new one (non-clone). Order was easy tracking was easy and received my new eleaf earlier than expected. No problems. Hate it for everyone else

    Great company. Had difficulties with one very expensive unnamed mod. I sent it back. They had a new one to me in 2 days. The second one had the same problem. They gave me a store credit for that amount immediately. I bought more stuff with it of course. Very responsive customer service. Great selection of products at good prices. I am overall very pleased with this company.

    The worst customer service I have experience with any company, let alone a vaping company. I ordered a tank that came with free coils, but I never received the tank (even though it was listed on the shipping manifest). After 2 days, customer service finally answered me and said they would ship out my tank with next day service. Again, they only sent the coils. This happened 2 weeks ago, and I have yet to receive my $$ back, after repeated calls and emails.
    You could not pay me enough to order something from them again

    The only positive sides of this company are fast free shipping on everything (all of my 3 orders arrived within 4 days from placing them) and availability of some out-of-country (US) brands of vaporizers that are hard to find somewhere else.
    Prices exceed average from other online sellers (when I was shopping around for my items it was about 10% up charge from the best deals I could find online) so if your order qualify for free shipping somewhere else you will get better deal there.
    Their return policy online says they accept returns withing 15 days and no exclusions listed but when I tried to return a pack of coils because I ordered wrong ones by mistake (I called and tried to cancel order same day when I placed it but was told by customer service it’s already being processed so no cancellations possible) I was told by customer service any coils are non-returnable. Even if they’re still in unopened and brand new retail box/blister, I could even send it back in original unopened USPS envelope since I knew I don’t need them, but once you ordered them it’s a final sale. So I guess their returns work only on selected merchandise but it’s not clarified in their return policy or it must be hidden somewhere hard to find. They should at least write it clear in the return policy after making you feel like you can return everything even if you “simply change your mind”.

    I thought I had hit the jackpot with Direct Vapor. My first order arrived swiftly, and no problems. Order #2, and quite a bit more money spent, and horrible, absolutely horrible customer service. My order sat in limbo, even after paying for a tracking number, it never was given to me. I called, emailed, every day, and when the order finally arrived, a tank is open, no instructions, and guess what, it does not work. I could have bought the same items locally, for perhaps five dollars more, and never had this many problems. Only one agent toook the time to actually tell me what the problem was with my order, and he wasn’t entirely truthful. Glossing over the fact that it sat in limbo for weeks. If you do not have the items, do not take our money…simple, you would think?

    I’m trying to quit smoking, so I decided to purchase a mod from, because it states on their website that there is a 15 day return period and a 60 day warranty. Here is exactly what it says on their website…

    Jump without a parachute? Never when buying vape products. We want you to feel confident in your purchases, and if something goes wrong, we want you to be sure your purchases are covered.

    You will receive a replacement as long as it is determined to be a manufacturer defect

    My tank started leaking out of the air flow adjuster after 5 days of use, so I contacted and they said that the tanks are not covered. Now after spending around $150.00 I’m stuck with a tank that I can’t use and I have to go to the store and get a pack of cigarettes. Thanks a lot, I will never order anything from you again!

      Bro, tanks leak especially if you don’t know what you’re​ doing. It states on their website they don’t refund tanks. Its a hygiene thing. No shop will take a return of a tank. You put your mouth on it for fucks sake.

        It’s not brain surgery, you make sure the air vent is closed, prime the coil, fill the tank up with liquid, don’t over tighten it, let it sit for a few minutes and push the button. intentionally misleads people by saying everything is covered and they try to hide the fact that everything is not covered in the fine print., however has a legitimate 30 day satisfaction guarantee, if you’re not happy for any reason, they will give you a complete refund, tank included. I didn’t expect to take my leaky p.o.s. tank back so that they could sell it to someone else, I expected them to take it back and throw it in the defect pile. Nobody wants to constantly waste juice and have it leak in their pockets and leak all over everything. The p.o.s. leaky tank in question is the Kanger TopTank Mini 4ml, there was no leakage for 5 days and then all the juice in the tank leaked out of the air flow adjuster. I did everything correctly, the tank is just garbage.

    Terrible customer service. I ordered 3 different juices and when my package came there was only 2 in there but the package slip showed 3. I called to let them know my order was not complete and the women sent my missing order back to the warehouse and said it would be shipped out the next day on priority. It is now 5 days after I spoke with that agent and my order is still pending even though I should have already received it and it was their mess up when packaging my order. When I called back the women tells me there is nothing she can do and the order has been sent to the warehouse already. I confirmed with her that it was sent over on priority and she said “yes, it’s on priority 2-4-day shipping” but from when it would be shipped she has no idea because they don’t have tracking before it’s shipped out. So I am a priority once the delivery company gets it but there is no telling how long it stays in their queue at the warehouse. I told her I was unhappy with the service and if there was anything she can do to make this right and she said “there isn’t” I let her know that this would be causing them to lose a customer and her response was “okay” literally OKAY, she didn’t care even a little if I remained a customer. I am now waiting a call from a supervisor and once this issue is resolved I will never order from them again. They have no problem charging me for the product but when it comes time to deliver on that product, they are no help in anyway. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

    I ordered a RDA on Tuesday morning, its now Friday evening and it has not even been shipped? Screw that! I ordered another item from another site on the same morning and I already have it! SUCKS!

      I ordered something from them 4 days ago and I have yet to get a shipping notification. I emailed them and I’m still waiting on a response and when I rang, there was no answer or answering machine. Glad I didn’t spend much. I have to find another place to order it from as I don’t think I’ll ever get it.

    Believe the negative reviews. I too have received good service from them in the past. Not with this last order. It’s been since February 11 I submitted an order. It is now march 4th and I’m still waiting. The guy said it hadn’t even left the warehouse. That was a week ago I called. I got an email saying 5 days ago it was going to be shipped. Still waiting.
    They had no problem taking my money but I still have no product.
    Good luck with this. Their customer service is really lacking. And here I sit with no coils.

    Direct Vapor has been my go-to for a long time now… they are amazing with online customer service, I have contacted them via social media, email, phone… all times, I have gotten great responses and help from them. Their prices are what sold me in the first place because like a marketplace they offer consistently lower prices on authentic, non-clone items. The free shipping is pretty fast and the overall experience for me has been super positive. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for the best vape products and selection.

    Very impressed with my experience at Direct Vapor. I needed a gift and wasn’t familiar with their product so I had a few questions when shopping on their site. They were so helpful from the beginning. I couldn’t believe it, but they also price matched my gift! I was shocked! And their customer service was outstanding. I am a stickler for customer service and they won me over with all the help they gave and never made me feel as if I were a burden or was asking too many questions – and I asked A LOT of questions 🙂 My order arrived in time and the gift was a huge hit! I will be a repeat customer for sure!

    I can’t believe some of the reviews I’m seeing!! For months now Direct Vapor has been my go to shop for all things vapor related. My orders arrived in a timely fashion. On a few occasions even earlier than expected! I only needed customer service once due to my mistake with an order. They were easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. Also not to mention but the prices are AMAZING compared to many of the other vapor stores. I will admit in the begging I was a little skeptical but the quality is no different compared to the more expensive ones sold. I also absolutely loved the free shipping option. Can’t wait to place my next order for the strawberry shortcake ice cream flavored one!!!! Never shopping for my vape anywhere else.

    My vape arrived earlier than I expected. I shopped here because their prices were lower compared to other shops I’ve been too. I was surprised by the great quality of it too!     I’ve been shopping with DirectVapor for about 1 year. Thus far I’ve received my orders fairly quickly and when issues arose, reaching out to customer service was not much of a hassle. I love directvapor’s mod and rda selection, always keeping it fresh. A few months ago my order was late and I received an email saying that it would arrive soon and shit, it did. I try not to behave so entitled about my online purchases but if I pay for quick shipping I better get it quick and with this company it’s consistent.

    I’ve purchased from DirectVapor on a number of occasions and have never had a problem with my order. I am currently vaping on my Alien kit which arrived 4 days after I placed my order, and that’s using the free shipping option. I have no complaints and I would recommend DirectVapor to anyone looking for low price options on their vaping gear.

    Do not buy from this company, every review you are seeing here about
    being stuck in processing limbo hell here is beyond what you expect.
    They will bill you, they will send a statement to the shipping company
    that you chose that a product is on the way, and then they will send
    nothing. HOWEVER what they WILL do is tell you to call back and forth to
    the shipper and ask if it is there and insist it has left their
    warehouse for weeks when it HAS NOT. They do this so they can take
    money from your bank account, hold it and send you nothing while
    claiming your item is on the way and you CAN’T cancel the order because
    they don’t have it. Except they do, they have sent nothing at all. They
    have only created a label at the shipper which can sit forever. They
    claim to be a U.S. company but a quick search online reveals in the V.P.
    own words :

    Direct Vapor
    is a distributor of China branded products within the USA. We have
    negotiated a 60 day warranty period, with the manufacturers to offer our
    customers, on manufacturing defects. We do not offer a trial or a
    return if the customer does not like the product. This is explained in
    the customer service tab The reason we do not pay for the customer to
    return an item is that we need to ensure the item is indeed defective.
    If the item is defective we credit the cost the customer paid to return
    the item and pay to ship a new replacement. In the event the item is
    found to be not defective, we return the item and we pay to return it.
    Our testing department did not find any defects and we paid to have it
    returned to you. Once you receive the item, if you are still having
    issues getting the item to turn on, we will be happy to assist via phone
    or a video Skype Call.

    So they are waiting to get their products from China to ship from
    Florida. This is why it takes so long, this is why they break so fast. I
    am still in this limbo from an order. They have a 50% negative rating
    with the BBB. That is where you can find the response I pasted above.
    This was supposed to be a simple, basic order and it has turned into a
    ridiculous, weeks long wait and unprofessional mess of a customer
    experience I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through. I will be sharing
    this with everyone I know if they do not rectify this situation

      Same here. Got the run around, I waited a week before contacting them. I had paid the extra fee for tracking, then I found out that the order was “lost” when they switched to a new op system…all a bunch of bs. I am sure they have happy customers, as long as the items are in stock, if not, be prepared to wait….a very long time. I paid a healthy sum of money for quite a few items, one of which is broken, and useless. I called, emailed, and got flowery notes saying the order was on its way. Then went in the site to see that it was simp,y in limbo. Just waiting for shipment. Do not advertise the items if you do not have the items! The customer service has been horrible. Only one person took the time to write about the problem. After about twelve emails? This is not how to run a business.

    * Send you the wrong items, looks like they do that to a lot of people based on previous complaints.
    * Ask for proof that they messed up (really? you think they are used to it by now)
    * Ignore you anyways.

    Terrible service and product delivery. 3rd time now that I have placed an order and then never received it. They don’t contact you to let you know they are back ordered or the product is no longer available. They also give you the run around on giving refunds for the orders hey cannot fulfill. Will NEVER shop here again!!!

      I thought they were great, then placed a fairly large order! Took two weeks to get a tracking number, about five calls to customer service, (now that’s a joke), and numerous emails, all going unanswered. Terrible company.

    This company does not care about customer service or shipping out the correct product. With a home site in Florida and customer service based out of South Carolina they have a lot to be desired for. This third party customer service group that is paid to be the middle man couldn’t care less wether they help you or not. This customer service group also manages I had a terrible experience with direct vapor and their contracted customer service group. I ordered coils and received batteries and when I contacted the “Customer No Service Group” they told me to send them a picture of the batteries proving their mistake. I was then informed that the item i ordered was no longer available. I said I want a full refund plus the $7.95 shipping since they shipped me the wrong stuff. They told me shipping would NOT be refunded and I was like WTF are you serious? They then said I would have to ship the batteries back in order to receive any refund even though what i ordered coast $20 more than the batteries. After several phone calls with multiple representatives I had to wait in anticipation for an email to confirm I was able to get the $20 back (They said they haven’t received the email from me proving I had batteries instead of coils due to answering phone calls) I was told that once they confirmed my email that I would “possibly” be credited back if approved. So a few hours later I got my email stating I would receive my $20. I know some people might say I would have sent it all back. But at this point I just wanted to be done with the whole situtation.

    If you live in a free country do as you wish. But if I were you I’d stay the hell away from

    Direct Vapor has the worst customer service I have ever spoken with. All these qualities that you have listed sound fantastic, but are not carried out by the company. Both their reviews on the Better Business Bureau and Facebook refute these claims, explaining how Direct Vapor truly regards their customers. They took my money and sent me a confirmation email with a copy of my invoice. Weeks later I was checking the mail every day and decided to call and ask when I would receive my product. They told me my order was actually incomplete from the beginning, even though they had already taken my money, and that my order could not be sent until I turned in an age verification. I am in favor of age verification, but if they did not know I was old enough to purchase the product yet, how could they legally take my money? And they never told me about this age verification, they were just keeping my money and not giving me anything- no product, no emails, no phone calls, nothing. My friend that is younger than I am ordered exactly the same thing a week before and did not have to complete an age verification of any kind (it was also his first experience with this company), he received his product about a week later. The company continued to say that it was my fault they did not send my product for not verifying my age, even though I had already purchased the items. Then, they informed me that even if I did the age verification today, the items I have already purchased are no longer in stock. So they took my money without verifying my age, never told me they needed the verification, then sold the products I already bought to someone else. When I called, the representatives were very unconcerned with my satisfaction and not at all worried about losing my sale. These people obviously don’t care at all about the people they cater to. If something goes wrong with your order, they will do everything in their power to avoid taking any portion of responsibility over the situation. Do yourself a huge favor, and order somewhere else.
