The Puffco Pro 2 is the third and smallest vaporizer launched by PuffCo. This device is thinner, comes extremely handy and is ideal for traveling thanks to its original and compact carrying case we loved.

Size & Quality
The quality of this vaporizer is constructed from stainless steel and sizes out at a reasonable 12.5mm wide. The overall feel is great as mentioned the steel design offers a weighty yet tolerable feeling. It comes with a silicone cap, and both sides of the device just in case you accidentally drop the device.

Getting the Puffco Pro 2 Going
Another easy-to-use pen! If you are familiar with using a wax pen, then there is a high chance the Puffco Pro 2 practically works the same way. It felt like I used it already!
To load the chamber:
- Pull off the mouthpiece
- Put the concentrates in the atomizer
- Replace the mouthpiece
Five clicks will turn on or off your device. Then three clicks will set your temperature — three temperature settings are available:
- Green for low
- Blue for medium
- White for high
Clicking and holding the button will engage the heat, and two extra clicks will engage the “Sesh Mode” for 12 continuous seconds. Note that the “Sesh Mode” can be activated at any temperature.
The Efficiency
The Pro 2 is efficient at heating up the oils only if you have loaded it on the light side. Around about 2-4 puffs worth seemed the most efficient. Airflow on this device is great the placement of the flow under the rods helps in creating decent vapor. Moving on to the battery, this is where the device starts to lack. With a bit less than 100 draws on a single charge, the battery life is not amazing. However, it lasted long enough to get the job done.
Portability
The device is small enough to be portable in any backpack, purse, bag or pocket. The carry case it comes in is really solid and should protect your device from everything up to being run over by a truck. Also, the case carries everything included with the device so charging or cleaning should be a breeze. On a final note, carrying the case does increase the size what you need to carry. However, it should still fit in everything mentioned, even in a pocket.
A Device for Stealth Vapers?
The Puffco is a pretty compact device, and we found it great in all stealth vaping situations. The size fits in the palm of my hand and is easily covered by wrapping my hand around it. Also mentioned, it comes with a case which you can use to conceal the device. When the device is in the case, the overall package looks nothing more than a wallet.
Pro 2 Vapor? Awesome quality!
With its small size, I never thought it could produce so big and thick clouds (especially at blue and white temperature levels). The coil atomizer and the limited airflow in the device make it all apparent. At the green temperature level, you will get a less thick vapor, but a better flavor and taste.
Make it shine!
Cleaning the device is really easy. Simply heat up the chamber for 10 seconds, then wipe with a cotton swab. That is all it takes! However, you will need to clean the device regularly. Keeping it clean is important for quality vapor. If not kept clean we found the flavor can degrade pretty quickly.
Puffco: Pro 2 vs. Plus
The Pro 2 and the Plus come from the same family: PuffCo. It is a trusted and well-known brand, so no doubt about the quality in general. Both vape pens offer various options. We like the slim, discreet and attractive Pro 2. The Plus is bigger, but more solid and with a larger chamber.
In terms of features, both models share a convenient ‘Shesh Mode’ option. The Pro 2 has a single button to control everything, so easy to use. However, the Plus features a coil-less ceramic heating chamber that makes a significant difference in taste and flavors. Not easy to pick our favorite between both, but we have a slight preference for the Pro 2.
