The Mini Volt is a 40w vape mod created by Council of Vapor. It has an ultra-compact form, and it is super tiny. The small size makes it perfect for stealth vaping. A robust internal battery allows this mod to operate a long time before needing to be recharged.

Several settings are incorporated into the device to improve the vaping experience. A small tank comes with the kit, and it performs very well. This vape is ideally suited for stealth vapers.

What is Unique about the Mini Volt Kit?

The Volt is a starter kit developed by Council of Vapor, and it has quite a few impressive features. It has a power output of 40w and an atomizer resistance of 0.2 ohms. A 1,300 mah battery powers the vape, ensuring that it can function for much of the day.

The device has highly responsive adjustment and firing buttons, not to mention three differing vaping modes. Included with the starter kit is a small atomizer. While it does not hold much liquid, it has excellent coils and produces plenty of flavor and vapor.

The mod was built very well with first-rate materials. Not surprisingly, the device holds up well and can be depended on to function at a high level. There is also the fact that it was designed to be a small, compact, and portable vape. It is easy to handle and conceal, making it perfect for discreet vaping. What is more, this box mod is comfortable to hold. This aspect of the mod is its best feature. While this mod does not pack as much of a punch as its bigger cousins, the form factor makes it worth considering.

Opening the Starter Kit

The kit comes with the box mod, atomizer, and two coils. It also comes with a spare glass tube and one USB charging cable.

Internal Build Quality and Design

The Volt has a slim and sturdy structure. It is built from carbon fiber, and it has a coating of rubberized paint. The OLED screen is located at the top of the mod.

Mini Volt x2

The screen is tiny, but it clearly displays the information the user needs to see. All of the letters and numbers are bright and clearly legible. The screen shows information like battery life, wattage, resistance, and other vital information.

The Battery

A 1,300 mah internal battery powers the V3, and it is powerful enough to provide a day’s worth of vaping depending on the wattage settings. The battery comes with a myriad of protections, including low battery, short circuit, and overcharge protection. Fully charging the mod takes three hours.

Mini Volt Tank Atomizer

The starter kit comes with a Mini Vengeance Tank Atomizer that has been specially adapted for this box mod. It holds 2 ml of juice, dual adaptive airflow, and an adjustable wide bore drip tip with spit-back protection.

Mini Volt tank

This mod uses the top-fill method so that it has complete synergy with the mod. Top filling significantly decreases the chance of there being a leak. The power is very well balanced, and it is ergonomically designed like the mod with which it is paired.

Which Tanks Work with the Mod?

The Volt has a 510 connection so that it can work with larger tanks. But, because of the form factor, larger tanks will not look good on it. It is better to stick with the Vengeance Tank and carry around a bottle of juice.

Do Tanks Come with the Kit?

Yes, a tank comes with the kit. Each starter kit comes with one Vengeance Tank.

How to Use the Mini Volt Vape Kit

  • How is the Voltage Indicated?

If the battery’s voltage drops beneath 3.3 volts, the display states that the battery is running low. Recharge the battery, and this message will go away.

  • How to Use the Council of Vapor Mini Volt Mod

Operating the Volt is easy. Five clicks turn the box mod on and off. It is a wattage only mod, so hold the fire and plus buttons down for three seconds to make adjustments. 30 watts is the best wattage level to start at. Make adjustments from there.

  • How to Prime the Mini Volt Coil

Unscrew the coil from the base of the tank and remove it. Next, put some liquid on the cotton wicking and coil and screw it back in. Allow several minutes for the wicking to absorb to avoid dry hits. Next, fill the tank, wait a few more minutes to be on the safe side, and then vape.

  • How Much Does the Council of Vapors Mini Volt Weigh?

The vape does not weigh very much. The user will barely feel it in his or her pocket.

  • How to Change Wattage

Hold the fire and plus button down for three seconds, and then make the needed adjustments.

Competing Products

Mini Volt vs. Volt v2 vs. Volt v3

These products have a lot of the same features, but the main differences between them are the battery. The original model is powered by a 18650 battery, while the other two are powered by 1,200 and 1,300 mah batteries, respectively. Otherwise, these products are all similar. But, the V3 is better in terms of battery life because of its slightly larger battery. If faced with a choice, choose the V3. It is newer and functions somewhat better than its predecessors.

Mini Volt 40w vs. Sub-40

The Sub-40 is an ultra-compact vape mod. In fact, it is slightly more compact than the Volt. Another advantage is that it has a much more powerful 2,200-watt battery. The Sub-40 will last much longer than the Volt.

Mig Vapor Sub-40

That is a long time considering how long the Volt can run. If all that is not enough, the Sub-40 has fits for waxes. The Volt is an excellent box mod, but Sub-40’s extra battery life and compatibility with waxes give it a slight edge.

Last Word on the Mini Volt

The Volt from Council of Vapor is an excellent vape with plenty of exciting features. It generates 40w of power, which is pretty good for such a small vape. Plus, the ramp-up modes are a fun bonus. Because of its small size, it is more suitable for vapers who do not want to draw attention to themselves. Additionally, its ergonomic form and long battery life give it more portability than other box mods.
