Powered by a large built-in 1500mAh battery, the Voopoo Vinci is a cuboid-shaped pod system integrated with the intelligent Gene.AI chip.

This vape mod has a large e-liquid capacity of 5.5mL, an output voltage of 3.2 to 4.2 volts, and a power range of 5 to 40 watts.

Equipped with a manual and auto mode, taking a draw from this sleek device could be done by either pressing the intuitive firing button when on manual mode or by making use of the draw-activated firing mechanism when on auto mode.

This device also has an innovative puff curve mode that is capable of recording your vaping habit – bringing you great convenience.

Voopoo Vinci Overview

The Voopoo Vinci is an extremely light and portable mod that is just the size of an e-liquid bottle. The Vinci comes in 10 artistic colors: space grey, carbon fiber, aurora, dazzling green, ink, peacock, scarlet, opal, hill yellow, and jade green.

This pod system features a 0.96-inch TFT color screen, an LED display, and a 5.5mL invisible pod. The Voopoo Vinci is equipped with the new generation of Gene.AI chip that features intelligent coil protection – intelligently adjusting the device’s power output to match the coil in use to prevent any dry burn hits while also providing you with excellent flavor.

This intelligent chip also offers quality of life enhancements such as a 14-day log of vaping history.

The Voopoo Vinci is also capable of outputting power of up to 40 watts to make sure that your daily vaping needs are met. Because it comes with two coils, a 0.3ohm PnP VM1 mesh coil and a 0.8ohm PnP R1 mesh coil, this pod kit can accommodate both regular e-liquids and nicotine salt.

Both these coils are able to produce great flavor and massive clouds that you’ll normally only expect from a traditional bulky mod.

The Voopoo Vinci also comes with seven safety protections:

  • overtime protection (helps avoid the atomizer’s coil and cotton from burning),
  • short-circuit protection (protects the battery when short circuit is detected),
  • overcharge protection (protects the battery from overcharging and being damaged),
  • output over-current protection (detects output current intelligently),
  • over discharge protection (protects the battery from discharge and harm),
  • max power protection (intelligent coil and power matching),
  • and over-temperature protection (assures that the device works within safe temperature range).

What Comes in the Kit

The Voopoo Vinci comes with:

  • two coils,
  • a micro-USB cable,
  • a user manual,
  • a warranty card,
  • and a Gene.AI chip card.

Internal Building Quality and Design

The Voopoo Vinci, coming in a wide variety of colors to choose from, is a high-performing, visually appealing pod system worthy of any user. It has an aluminum alloy and plastic chassis construction and its battery is made of zinc alloy while its pod is made of PCTG and has a whistle-style mouthpiece on top.

Screen

The Voopoo Vinci features a 0.96-inch TFT display. On startup, the screen displays the Voopoo logo and a Gene.AI text.

The screen showcases the battery bar so you can conveniently check your device’s:

  • battery level,
  • the set wattage,
  • the puff counter,
  • the vaping time of each puff,
  • the coil resistance,
  • the voltage output,
  • and a lock symbol that indicates whether the device is locked or not.

When on puff mode, the screen displays your vaping history recorded for the past two weeks, letting you track down your daily vaping habits. This could be a useful feature for those who are trying to cut down their nicotine consumption.

Integrated Battery

The Voopoo Vinci is powered by a 1500mAh lithium built-in battery which is enough to last most vapers for a day of use.

Chip

The Voopoo Vinci integrates Voopoo’s new inbuilt Gene.AI chip, making it more intelligent.

This new chip may be the smartest one in electronic cigarettes, standing out by auto and manual modes and intelligent coil matching feature – making the Voopoo Vinci more vapor-friendly and convenient than other mods.

The Gene.AI also allows you to use the variable voltage function of 3.8, 3.5 or 3.2V, allowing you to tailor your perfect vape.

Pod Cartridge and Coils

The Voopoo Vinci comes with the Voopoo PnP VM1 mesh coil with a 0.3ohm resistance – best fitted for regular e-liquids.

It also comes with the PnP R1 mesh coil with a 0.8ohm resistance – best fitted for nicotine salt.

With the plug and play style coil, the Voopoo Vinci allows you to enjoy your device with ease. To start, take out your coil and prime. You can then insert it into the bottom of the pod, pull out the silicon plug, and fill your e-liquid through the fill slot.

You should then line the pod with the magnetic post on the Voopoo Vinci and snap it in place. The Voopoo Vinci features an innovative dual airflow system that requires for the pod to be rotated 180 degrees in order to adjust the airflow from fully open to half open for you to enjoy an optimal vaping experience.

How long do coils last

Coils usually last for about 1 to 3 weeks with proper care, but with Gene.AI’s intelligent coil and power matching, the Voopoo Vinci’s coils are expected to last a bit longer(2-4 depending on the use) than other coils out there.

Cartridge capacity and use

The Voopoo Vinci’s cartridge has a capacity of 5.5mL. The cartridge is easy and will always be comfortable to use, thanks to the ergonomically designed mouthpiece.

Refilling the cartridge with e-liquid is simply done by taking off the rubber stopper (ensures that the e-liquid never leaks) that covers the side fill slot. The Voopoo Vinci’s cartridge is transparent – letting you view the e-liquid level so you’ll know just when refilling is needed.

How to Use the Device

Upon turning on the Voopoo Vinci, you will be greeted with the Voopoo logo and then an interactive display screen.

The screen will show you the power settings and by using the navigational keys located just below the screen, you can adjust the wattage to your liking, which ranges from 5 to 40 watts.

voopoo-vinci-button-image

By introducing different firing modes, you are given the freedom to choose between draw-activated firing and manual firing – allowing you to further enjoy your vaping experience.

Pressing and holding the plus and minus button at the same time will bring you to puff curve which basically displays your daily puff count – allowing you to record and view your accumulative puffs in real time.

To exit the puff curve mode, just press and hold the power button.

Instructions

Using the Voopoo Vinci is quite simple and operating it is pretty similar to other vape devices.

  • Powering it on and off requires five firing button clicks
  • Tree firing button clicks will let you switch between manual mode, auto mode, and auto manual mode.
  • To lock the device, press and hold the power button and the plus button at the same time.
  • Repeating this (arrow up) step will unlock the device.

Voopoo Vinci vs SMOK RPM 40

The SMOK RPM 40 is also powered by a built-in 1500mAh battery. What’s different between the Voopoo Vinci and the SMOK RPM 40 is that the SMOK RPM 40’s power output can go as low as 1 watt compared to the Voopoo Vinci’s 5 watts.

They both have a maximum power output of 40 watts though, which is probably what really matters to most vapers. The SMOK RPM 40 also has a 0.96-inch screen that displays vaping data such as the wattage, voltage, resistance, battery level, puff number, and screen color.

Voopoo Vinci vs Vinci R

The Vinci R does not have an interactive display screen like the Voopoo Vinci. Instead, it has a three-stage voltage regulation (3.8 volts, 3.5 volts, and 3.2 volts) – offering a better experience of flavor customized to your preferred power settings.

VD VooPoo Vinci R

There really isn’t much difference between the two, as the Vinci R also adopts the new PnP VM1 mesh coil and also features intelligent coil and power matching that prevents dry burn. The Vinci R also has a 5.5mL e-liquid capacity.

Vinci mod pod. Horrible. Filling it is way too complicated and it leaks way too much. Should be fixed.

The only thing I don’t like the about VooPoo Vinci is the way you power off. I use the puff button so having to hit the puff button a few times to turn off isn’t such a smart idea. Why not use one of the arrows to power on and off.
